PT Cancellation Policy

A client wishing to cancel/reschedule a PT must do so 8 hours in advance. Failure to cancel/reschedule a PT 8 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation fee of $10.

PT No Show Policy

If a client no shows a PT they will be charged a $25 no show fee. For clients with recurring PTs, two late cancellations and/or no shows will result in the client being removed from the recurring schedule.

KTA Session Registration

Registration for a given KTA session closes 8 hours before the start of the session. No new players can be added to the session after the registration deadline. If a session has less than 2 registrants at the time registrations close that session will be removed from the schedule and anyone registered will be notified immediately.

KTA Session Cancellation Policy

A client wishing to cancel their registration to a KTA session without penalty must do so at least 8 hours in advance of the session start time. Cancelling a KTA session within 8 hours of the session start time will result in a late cancellation fee of $10.

KTA Session No Show Policy

If a client no shows a KTA session they will be charged a $25 no show fee.

The late cancel and no show fees also apply to KTA evaluations.

KTA & PT Session Expiration

Clients have a total of 60 days to use their purchased KTA group and private lesson sessions from the purchase date. Sessions will expire after 60 days.
